BBNaija: Big Brother accused of holding Tacha ‘hostage’ [Video]

Following Tacha’s eviction from Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, her management has accused organisers of the show of allegedly holding her hostage. The situation is trending to Twitter and users are using #ReleaseTacha to call for her “freedom” from the organisers. In a trending video, one of her team members said soldiers and bouncers were called in to stop Tacha from leaving. It is being speculated that BBNaija crew were trying to get her to speak about the show. But Tacha reportedly rebuffed and insisted she wanted to go home. BBNaija: Tacha opens up on being held hostage by Big Brother, reveals what happened

Big Brother Naija housemate, Tacha, who was disqualified on Friday, has addressed reports that the organizers of the reality show held her hostage after her ouster from the house. NAIJAFLEX had reported that following her disqualification, a trending video, emerged that soldiers and bouncers were called in to stop Tacha from leaving the hotel she was lodged. A member of her management team had claimed that BBNaija crew were trying to get her to speak about the show. But Tacha reportedly rebuffed and insisted she wanted to go home. However, speaking on her Instagram on Tuesday, Tacha denied that she was held hostage. According to her, the report was ‘fake.’ She said, ”Please everything about me being held hostage by Big Brother is just fake, people are just trying to be crazy with me. I’m just coming out I don’t want to any of this. ”Big Brother has nothing to do with this. I just needed time to reflect that is why I was off social media.”

Don Jazzy reveals why ‘weed’ should be legalized in Nigeria

Mavin Producer, Don Jazzy has called for the legalization of weed in Nigeria. Don Jazzy on his social media page, condemned the criminalization of ‘weed’ in the country. APC chieftain drags party, Lyon to Abuja court over Bayelsa guber primaries

A frontline aspirant in the concluded governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Bayelsa State, Preye Aganaba, has moved a suit he filed against the party and its candidate, Chief David Lyon, from the state to the Federal High Court, Abuja. A copy of the court proceeding made available to reporters in Abuja showed that the case was due for mentioning at the Federal High Court 4, Abuja, presided over by Justice I.E. Ekwo. Granting a motion ex parte filed by Aganaba, Ekwo ordered substituted service of all the processes in the suit on David Lyon and his running mate, Biobaekuma Degi. The judge ordered that the substituted service should include pasting the originating process or other processes on the wall or any part of the National Headquarters of the APC. Buhari arrives South Africa for State visit

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday arrived Pretoria, South Africa, for a state visit and 9th meeting of the Bi-National Commission. Buhari’s spokesman, Garba Shehu, who confirmed this development in a statement in Abuja on Thursday morning, said the 9th meeting of the commission would for the first time witness participation of the two Heads of State after an elevation. The Bi-National Commission meeting was elevated to the level of Presidents’ participation, following the strategic position of the two economies in Africa and the need for stronger relations. Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi, has insisted he does not have any problem with team-mate Antoine Griezmann, despite the Frenchman claiming they were yet to connect.
